I have tendered my resignation today after a thorough judgement and much considerations. This is a hard decision as I have been with the company for more than 5 years now. But I think it is for the best. I am getting married soon (mcm tak caya lak..huhu) and need to balance both personal and professional life. If I am still working here, I don't think I can manage both as the job is too demanding and the boss is like from hell. Apart than that, I don't think I am on the same track with the new management.
But of course I have a new job before resigning. I secured a job with the competitor. I owe this to Fadly, my colleague, who rejected the offer earlier. My luck I guess..huhu.. Though it is still based in KL, I can still travel from Seremban to KL daily by bus or KTM.
It is sad to move on but I cannot hold on to the past as my life is about change big time....
