It's been weeks since this date happened. It brings a lot of significants in many ways to a lot of people. Many people took this date for their marriage dates, maybe engagements. Some were lucky to have their new babies born on this date. Well to me, it is just another date,
However, my company anniversary is on 08.08 every year, Thus, this years is the lucky year for us. We had a great dinner at Prince Hotel. The theme was 'Power of 2'. We had to find a partner within the company & synchronized our dinner costume. It was great theme!! Macam-macam ada!!! The most famous is "Angel & Devil" costume. Got 2 or 3 couples wearing that theme. Because I had very last minute preparation, my partner & I, a preggy mummy-to-be only agreed to wear any garments that has purple on it.
Upon entering the ballroom, we were given door gifts, a T-shirt, ang pow of RM2, a surprised gift. I got a blender for that surprised gift.. huhu We were served with Chinese delicacy, it was so & so..huhu (tasted better before). While we were eating, lucky draw were given subsequently. I got the no 3 place for lucky draw prizes. I just a Polo watch. It doesn't suit me at all!! My director was so lucky enough, he got a plasma TV!!! I am so envy with him!!! Why is wasn't me????HUHHH
